Canvas Prints and Frames

  • Archival quality canvas printed with UV stable archival ink.
  • Canvas prints are mirror wrapped around a 1 1/2 inch stretcher bar. This means that the image continues around the frame edge.
  • Canvas frames are float frames. Float frames are deep frames with no lip which allows for a complete view of the artwork. The artwork will appear to 'float' within the frame.
  • The outside dimensions to a framed print on canvas wil be the print size plus an additional 1/2 inch to each edge to include the frame. For example a 12x12 framed canvas print will have outside finished dimensions of 13x13 inches.

Unframed Prints

  • Unframed prints have a 1 inch white border.
  • A 12x12 print will have a full image at 12x12 inches plus the 1 inch border to make the full paper sizes 14x14 inches.
  • For framing options a 12x12 print will fit in a frame that is 12x12 inches with the lip of the frame covering 1/8 - 1/4 inches around the artwork. The white border may be trimmed for an exact fit.
  • Alternatively you may choose a larger frame with a matte that has a 12x12 window to display your unframed print within, creating a larger piece overall.

Framed Prints

  • Framed paper prints come with an off white archival matte.
  • 12x12 and 20x20 inch prints have a 2 inch matte with a frame size of 14x14 and 24x24 respectively.
  • 36x36 inch prints have a 3" archival matte with an frame dimension of 42 inches.
  • Framed prints come with a black paper dust backing.

Shipping Information

  • Canvas orders and framed prints usually ship within 7-9 business days via FedEx or USPS.
  • Paper prints usually ship within 3-4 business days via FedEx or USPS.
  • Large paper prints ship rolled in a tube. Small paper prints ship in a flat mailer. HOWEVER, if you order a large paper print along with a small paper print, the prints will ship rolled together in a tube.
