Prints and Artwork

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We try to get all orders on their way within 1 week. Canvas prints, framed and unframed, ship out within 5-10 business days from Portland, OR, or from our Florida printer for East Coast customers.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact me at denise@dsfpaintings.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

How are prints and artwork shipped?

Orders are shipped either by UPS or FedEx.

Small unframed paper prints are shipped in a flat mailer. Larger paper prints, over 9x11” are shipped in a tube.  If you order a small paper print along with a large paper print, they will come rolled together in a tube.

Canvas prints, framed and unframed as well as framed prints are shipped in custom-sized boxes with protective corners and a padded buffered space around the artwork to protect from any damage during shipment. 

Artwork on hardboard or canvas is shipped in custom-sized boxes with protective corners and a buffered space to safeguard during transit.

Original works on paper are shipped in a mailer with cardboard sheets to prevent bending during shipping.

For orders that exceed the value of $300, a signature will be required upon delivery. Although this may cause some inconvenience to you the customer, I believe that this added safety measure will ensure that your package arrives safely and securely. I hope that you appreciate this precautionary step and thank you for your understanding.

Shipping outside the contiguous US and international shipping

I offer free shipping for orders over $150 to within the contiguous United States. 

For shipments within outside of these areas, the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

At this time I do not offer shipping internationally except to Canada.  Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout.  The customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes.
