Refund policy

Original artwork for your walls can be a significant decision. I hope that you are happy with your purchase.  I currently do not offer returns, or exchanges, however, if your chosen original artwork does not fit how you imagined, please email denise@dsfpaintings.com and we can discuss possible solutions.

Any return shipping fees will be paid by the customer. Items sent back to me without first requesting my acknowledgment and approval will not be accepted. 


Exceptions

All paper and canvas prints, including notecards, are made to order. The order cannot be changed once the order has been placed and put into production. 

 

Steps to take if your order arrives damaged

My main objective is to ensure that your order arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition. However, if this is not the case, please take pictures of the package and the artwork where the damage is evident. Send an email to me at denise@dsfpaintings.com with your order information and attached photos.

I promise to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

A replacement order will be sent for any printed product. You will not be charged for shipping for the replacement order.

You cannot be too careful when opening your packages, so please go easy with any knives or enthusiastic box openings.  I cannot be held liable for any mishandling of the package.

 

Refunds 

For original artwork, once your return has been received and inspected, I will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved.

Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact me at denise@dsfpainting.com.
